Kommunal Automation
Kommunal Automation is a private application used by its owner to process and organize utility billing documents.
The application may access Google Drive files and folders required for the utility-document workflow.
The application may read Gmail messages and attachments in order to identify utility billing documents. Gmail access is read-only.
Google user data is used only to perform the utility-document automation requested by the authorized user.
OAuth credentials are stored on a private server controlled by the application owner. Documents may be processed on that server and stored in the user's own document storage as part of the configured workflow.
Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with unrelated third parties.
OAuth credentials are retained only while the application is in use. Access can be revoked at any time through the user's Google Account. Stored credentials and application data can also be deleted by the application owner.
The application's use of information received from Google APIs is limited to providing the described functionality and is not used for advertising or unrelated purposes.
